Information
Our quota is 1 hour a week, this means you must be doing a shift for a minimum of 1 hour a week, failure to do so will end up in termination from the staff team, something that should be easily obtainable.
All staff are expected to be professional and respectful whilst on-duty and off-duty. We expect you to follow Discord Terms of Service (TOS) and any other rules that apply on our server. You must remain respectful and any racial slurs/hate speech will result in immediate removal from the Staff team.
Whilst moderating you must wear our staff uniform and any appropriate accessories. You can find the uniform in-game, on the “Sheriff” team, inside the lockers. When you join the “Sheriff” team, ensure you put an ‘S’ in front of your callsign, S for staff, for example “S-123”. And make sure you don't have anything on your avatar that blocks the logos on your shirt.
Promotions are provided whenever the Owner, Co-owner, or Directors feels that there are Staff members worthy of a promotion. Do not ask for a promotion.
If you were not promoted and you feel like you have contributed enough and have the reasons to back your claim up, create a general Support ticket and list the reasons you feel you should be promoted.
Server startups are held by Session Managers. A vote will be held first to see if there is enough interest in hosting a startup. Before doing a vote, make sure there are enough staff members online across all ranks and available players online.
You may not use in-game commands whilst off duty. You must play like a regular member as you are no different to a member. Playing or Racing is not an excuse. Do not leave other Mods stranded handling all of the calls.
The server management team has the right to discipline you at any time for any wrong-doing. Do not complain or disrespect the Staff or other players. It is recommended you record while racing/moderating for proof if you forgot anything (we can recommend the filming software Medal).
You may only work inside of Race Zone and one other server. Being caught working for more will result in punishment. Along with this, you are still expected to reach our quota of 1 hour.
Game Guide
There are four punishment types. Verbal warning, Warning, Kick and Ban.
A Verbal warning is given for anything non-major, such as a minor mistake.
Warnings are more serious, and kicking a player should be done if they are doing things such as refusing to listen to you or being a nuisance.
Bans should be left for the worst of actions, such as evading staff and if the player genuinely has no intention to race and intends to ruin the experience of others.
If you need to ban a player, please ask a High Rank staff member (or the Session Host) to do so with the reason if you are unable to ban players in-game.
Staff ARE NOT allowed to drive onto the Race Track when there is an active race happening unless a yellow, red, or blue flag is announced, as it can disrupt the race. If you do this at any time you will be striked.
Staff should not send a :m message when an active race is happening, as this disrupts racers, and can cause them to spin out, or crash, making it unfair on them. If caught doing this, you will result in a Strike or other suitable punishment.
When moderating a member, you will need video clip proof to hand out moderations on a user. Witnesses do not count as proof, and this goes for anyone that sees it! YOU must witness this with your own eyes or have a clip to hand out a moderation.
Staff must always be inside of “STAFF VC” in the Discord server when on shift, failure to do so will result in punishment.
You MUST work at least 30 minutes per shift to ensure you aren't leaving too often, if you are caught doing this you will be punished.

You should follow the Punishment guideslines above but think it doesn’t fit the situation? That’s alright, use your best judgment and give them the punishment you believe is most appropriate for the situation. Do not go overboard or go soft, be just right. If it was a mistake, don’t be harsh. We all make mistakes.
